Our eco-responsible values
We stopped using plastic bags since 2000.
At present, a plastic part is only present in tea bags for retail and pre-packaged sales for reasons of product quality.
We have always practised selective waste sorting.
Whenever possible, we reuse our suppliers' packaging for our online shop shipments by giving them a second life: cardboard, sagex chips, bubble wrap or newspaper (excess sagex chips are collected and returned to our suppliers).
Except during the Covid 19 period, we fill your own containers for all our loose teas (minimum 50g). Please bring washed and dry containers.
