Taste description
Cinnamon cassia, ginger, cardamom, cloves and pepper. This is a well-balanced blend with equal parts cinnamon, ginger and cardamom. Cook 1 teaspoon of tchai in 1/2 litre of water for 5 to 10 minutes. Add milk and bring back to the boil. Off the heat, infuse 1 teaspoon of Assam CTC strong black tea for 3 to 5 minutes. Strain. Add as much sugar as you like and enjoy. Try it with or without tea, with or without milk, with or without sugar! See also "Chai Massala
