This tea is produced in a very particular way between December and January.

Cultivated in the mountains of southwest India, it can only be harvested in the middle of the day after freezing overnight! This makes it very rare and unique; we call it frost tea!

Magnificent, very fresh vegetal and particularly floral tea this year!!
So also interesting for green tea lovers, amazing for black tea!!! Its taste combines the freshness of a First Flush from the Darjeeling region and high-grown tea from Sri Lanka.
