From the Chiang Rai region in the north of the country, this green Oolong and this herb, Strobilanthes Nivea Craib, are partially fermented together to give us a tea with a slightly flowery taste and a scent of cooked rice. A must-try! The special feature of green Oolong is its lack of bitterness and astringency.
