Shincha FF Saeakari

This green tea from the province of Shizuoka comes from the first picking of 2024.

Visually, the dry leaf is reminiscent of the rich green of algae. carefully picked and carefully processed, even the leaf gives off a pleasantly sweet and rich note, which gives a taste of what awaits you after infusion.

When poured, it fills the room around it with creamy green notes. The infusion itself has a dark, cloudy greenish color.

The first drop is already convincing and reveals all its aroma. The seaweed, the creaminess, lots of umami and the typically Japanese note invite you to have more cups.
