Taste description
Organic Japanese Tencha green tea ground with a stone mill into a very fine powder.
This high quality Matcha is without bitterness.
Very vegetal taste - "green vegetables", even more intense than that of Kagoshima.
Vacuum packed.
Once opened, consume within 6 weeks to maintain optimal taste
Warm all instruments beforehand.
Place a teaspoon of matcha in a bowl.
Gently pour 2 dl of water at 60°C and emulsify with a chasen, bamboo whisk (available in stores).
Whisk well until you obtain a light green liqueur without lumps and slightly foamy.
Enjoy without delay!!
