Ceylon High Grown at an altitude of 1,500 m. Pekoe type, very aromatic, to drink plain or with milk - woody, honeyed and fruity notes. Preparation with milk or lemon: rounded spoon / 2dl / 5min Preparation plain: level spoon / 2dl / 3-4min
Preparation
1 tsp / 2 dl | 100ºC | 3-5 min.
Cold tea
1 tablespoon to a litre of cold water, leave to infuse for 2 hours.
