A summer harvest with large leaves and a lightly roasted, "fresh herb" flavour. A great tea for everyday drinking and as an accompaniment to meals.
Preparation
1 tsp / 2 dl | 80ºC | 3-4 min.
Cold tea
1 tablespoon to a litre of cold water, leave to infuse for 3 hours.
