Japanese Tencha green tea

Taste description

Organic Japanese Tencha green tea, stone-ground to a very fine powder. This Matcha is our standard and has no bitterJapanese Tencha green tea ground with a stone mill into a very fine powder.

Vegetable taste - "green vegetables" of medium intensity.

Vacuum packed.
Once opened, consume within 6 weeks to maintain optimal taste.

Warm all instruments beforehand.
Place a teaspoon of matcha in a bowl.
Gently pour 2 dl of water at 60°C and emulsify with a chasen, bamboo whisk (available in stores).
Whisk well until you obtain a light green liqueur without lumps and slightly foamy.
Enjoy without delay!!
